Yes, you can purchase from our authorised dealer, Premium Automobile. If you are interested in the Audi Q4 e-tron, you may purchase it directly at audi.com.sg.

Here is a simple step-by-step guide on purchasing your Audi vehicle in our online store:

Step 1: Create your account or sign in to start your purchase journey.

Step 2: Click on "Buy now" after you have selected your dream Audi.

Step 3: In the check out process, you may apply for financing, insurance and trade-in to help in your purchase journey.

Step 4: Once you have finalised your cart, fill in your particulars on the checkout page.

Step 5: You may now complete the deposit payment with a credit/debit card or with Paynow.

Step 6: Once payment is received, you will be sent a DocuSign email containing your Vehicle Sales Agreement for your endorsement.

Step 7: Upon completion, we will start the COE bidding process which you can track the progress of your order in your myAudiworld account page.

Step 8: Once the bid is successful, we will send you another notification to you to make the balance payment for your Audi vehicle.

Step 9: When your car is ready for collection, Audi will contact you to schedule a delivery date and guide you on the delivery process.

Step 10: Lastly, head down to Audi Centre Singapore to collect your dream Audi!

We currently offer PayNow QR and Credit/Debit card for your initial deposit payment. For balance payment, we accept payment via direct bank transfers.

Yes. Please select the “Trade-in my existing car” checkbox on the checkout page. You will then input details of the car that you wish to trade-in. Following this step, we will be in touch with you with the trade-in offer via email and provide assistance on the next steps.

Yes, the vehicle prices shown on audi.com.sg are inclusive of COE.

Unfortunately, you will need to reside in Singapore in order to buy a vehicle from Audi Singapore. You cannot appoint another party to purchase on your behalf.

It would take approximately 1 - 2 working weeks after a successful COE bidding and completion of balance payment, to fully prepare and deliver your Audi to you.

Upon completion of your balance payment, a Sales Executive will contact you to arrange a convenient timeslot for a seamless delivery process.

Yes, you can. You can log into your myAudiworld account to track your vehicle delivery process.

We recommend to download the Audi Service App on App Store or Google Play to book a service appointment.

The service interval display will appear when the next service is due for your Audi.

A Service Reminder will be sent out from Premium Automobiles through your preferred communication channel.

There are 2 service interval display levels:

1. Inspection or oil change reminder:

After a certain mileage, a service reminder will appear in the instrument cluster display each time the ignition is switched on or off. The distance or time remaining will be shown briefly.

2. Inspection or oil change due:

When your Audi is due for an inspection, oil change or both, the corresponding reminder “Inspection due!”, “Oil change due!” or “Oil change and inspection due!” will appear briefly on your instrument cluster after you switch the ignition on or off.

Your Audi needs to be serviced every 12 months or 15,000 kilometres (whichever comes first) with a tolerance of 30 days or 1,000 kilometres (whichever comes first).

Your warranty is not affected by any change of ownership of the vehicle.

Audi warrants that your new Audi vehicle shall be free of mechanical defects from the date of new vehicle delivery with a mileage limit of 100,000km for a period of 3 years.

To ensure the validity of the warranty, maintenance services must be carried out at specified service intervals (with tolerance of 1,000km or 30 days and with updated Service Schedule) according to the Manufacturer’s guidelines. The coverage is limited to vehicles sold and registered in Singapore by an Authorised Audi Dealer.
